During my 11 years in the real estate sector, I have worked extensively with investors on all aspects of real estate, including both commercial and residential developments.

Since moving to Florida, I've been assisting investors in locating suitable properties and analyzing the market. I've remodeled several older homes and used my experience to maximize value. My passion is dealing with Buyers who want to get the most out of their budget; in this area, my experience in the real estate industry with developments gives me an advantage in knowing where the critical points are to negotiate.
